BixFit provides personal training from the comfort of your own home, garden, place of work or local park in various areas located in Surrey, England. 

Whether you are new to fitness or a regular gym-goer, I am here to help you reach your weight loss and fitness goals.

I understand exercise can be daunting which is why I strongly believe in getting to know my clients' individual needs. Therefore, I am able to design a bespoke programme to ensure you achieve the results you are looking for whilst finding your path to enjoy exercise. I offer a variety of services including 1-2-1 sessions, group sessions of 2-6 people and online coaching. In addition, I provide nutritional advice at no additional cost in order to give my clients the knowledge of fueling the body in the correct way.

I am a warm and friendly individual who strives to help people live the healthiest life possible. I became a personal trainer for one reason only, to make positive changes to people's lives.

I understand how difficult and demanding situations you might be dealing with physically and mentally are getting in the way. It is my job to help you overcome these barriers and motivate you to achieve your goals.
I also understand that gyms can feel intimidating especially if you are completely new to fitness, this is why I like to bring a more comfortable training approach by offering clients training in the comfort of their own homes.

hOW IT WORKS

Step By Step

Step 1

Book in your free consultation

Before booking in your first PT session I ask all clients to meet a for a free consultation.
The consultation is nothing to be scared about, it gives me the opportunity to learn more about you, your background in exercise and what goals you wish to achieve. We will go through a health questionnaire together. I am then able go away and come up with a programme suited to you and your needs. The consultation also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have and decide whether it is something you are interested in.
If you decide to go ahead, we will then book in your first PT session at a time suitable for you. The session can be in a location of your choice, we will not need much space and I will provide the equipment needed.
Step 2

Your first Personal training session

After the initial consultation it is time for  your first PT session. This may sound daunting but I can promise you, you are in good hands. This session will be more like a taster for both you and I. I will be able to determine your fitness levels and technique. You will be able to discover things you enjoy. All my programmes are designed to be adaptable, so if you don't enjoy a certain exercise I will happily adjust it to make sure you the sessions.

The first session may include measurements using smart scales, postural analysis, photos and fitness testing to we can track your progress depending on your goals.


 
Step 3

Watch your progress

Consistency is key to any fitness goal, Rome wasn't built in a day and the same principle goes with health and fitness. It is important to remember that to reach any goal you have to put in the work over time. It will feel uncomfortable and challenging at times however this step is by far the most rewarding as your watch you strength, stamina and overall health increase.
